MS word has different names for bookbinding terms. Booklet in MS word is the same thing as "signature", the more common name in bookbinding industry.
Each sheet of papaer contains 4 pages. A signature can have mulitple sheets of paper. The above picture depicts a signature composed of 2 sheets of paper.
Unfortunaely, MS word has even different names for "page" as well. It just calls a page "sheet".
Here are the steps to setup MS work to print out signatures.
1 Go to [Page Setup]
This window can be brought up by [Layout], [Margins], [Custom Margins...].
In [Pages] section, for [Multiple pages] select "Bookfold", for [Sheets per booklet] select the pages in a single signature.
As every paper has a fixed 4 pages, so the pages you can select must be muliples of 4. Here we select 8, to reflect the same settings as the picture mentioned earlier.
2 Print settings
Go to [Print] window, in [Pages] section, select "Flip pages on short edage".
